Overview of project

CHP were engaged by Quanta Investment Funds when it acquired a Brisbane office asset initially providing advice during the due diligence period. This was particularly important given the age of the building and the clients intention to substantially reconfigure the building structure and services. CHP managed the redesign of the floor plates including a new stair atrium that involved cutting through all the existing floor plates and post tensioned concrete slabs. CHP were involved in managing the design and approvals for extensive reconfigured structure, services, and fire engineering requirements. CHP managed the tendering and contractor supervision through to the handover to asset management teams.
