CHP are managing a two tower 19 storey multi-residential development within the West Village Precinct of Brisbane for Sekisui House. West Village is a bespoke mixed use development that has received high accolades for the sophistication of its design. Hence this is mixed-used by extensive challenges for the CHP project management team as design specification control, construction management and integration with previous stages are all critical. CHP are operating as the Principals Representative during the delivery of these towers due to complete during 2025. CHP are undertaking program reviews and providing project governance to improve the delivery and reduce the workload on the developer.
