CHP were engaged by AVID to deliver several community/resident facility buildings within their retirement villages. CHP are undertaking a structured cost managed design process working closely with AVID’s operations team to develop a product specification that provides best amenity to the residents. These facilities include large kitchens, indoor and outdoor pools, games facilities, sports courts and gymnasiums. CHP are managing the development application and design development of these projects in preparation for delivery later this year.
