This project was a continuation of a previous project at Bethania for Palm Lake Group. CHP then delivered the second stage which included a Planet Fitness , Fitstop and Specialty Grocer. On this project CHP secured the tenants and managed the civil works package. CHP developed a  fully documented design package and negotiated with a builder on an open book basis who we had previously delivered projects with. This delivered certainty for the client during a market short supplied by builders.

We continue to work on future stages of this project – the third stage is just about to commence including additional food, entertainment and retail tenants
