CHP have just completed the conversion of a early contractor involvement into a contract price for delivery of this project during 2025-2027. Working alongside Hutchinson Builders and Sekisui House (a long term client) we have been resolving a complex high end specification for the units and DA modifications that were required. We elected to develop the design to a high resolution (greater than 80% completed) to mitigate the risks for the builder and client in a very difficult market for high rise construction in Brisbane. This approach has successfully resulted in being now able to commence construction.
