CHP managed the development application, design and tender of the redevelopment of the Southbank Cinemas in Brisbane. This project includes part demolition of a 2 storey façade and extension of the retail areas to trade out onto the public promenade. CHP had to resolve a number of complex issues with existing services and fire engineering of the existing cladding material. The tender achieved a below budget result and we are now progressing through the delivery as the Superintendent to complete the project.
