CHP have been working for Keylin Group since they acquired the property. CHP completed stage 1 of the multi-stage 40-hectare project in 2023. This included McDonalds, KFC and Taco Bell Restaurant drive through tenancies. Subsequently CHP were the superintendent on the second stage of a mixed use retail/commercial building constructed by SJ Higgins and completed in 2024. CHP were engaged to secure leasing proposals from the tenants and manage the design and construction phases. It was important for this client that they have a superintendent who understood how to manage the complex design briefs that these tenants require of landlords and the time critical schedules that retailers operate under. CHP continues to work alongside the Keylin team on future stages of this project.
