
Overview of project
CHP managed the successful development application process for our long term client RG Property during 2023 on this project. After securing approvals for a 193 unit 17 storey tower CHP assisted RGP with feasibility advice to explore various adaptions to the project to suit a very expensive construction market and reduction in pre sales led projects. CHP are currently managing the modification of the DA for a larger build to rent scheme on the site.
CHP have worked closely with this client to provide detailed cost plans and evaluation of each design decision prior to it being submitted as a development application. The CHP continue to take the approach that these things matter up front rather than trying to solve them later. This should allow for a successful delivery later this year.
