LSH Property appointed CHP to manage the design and construction of its Breakfast
Creek lifestyle precinct. This includes a number of high end office and retail tenancies
based in their world class Newstead facility. CHP managed complicated retrofitting
of an existing building working over the top of existing tenants on the floors below.

CHP Projects also delivered the offshore and onshore works for the new Goboats
operation boarding from the Precinct, which included the relocation of existing Piles,
construction of a new pontoon & Kiosk suited for the operation of leisure boating by
the water.
