A repeat job for the Vecchio Group. After completing a large shopping centre for Vecchio this one is a relatively small extension to an existing centre but with very high levels of complexity. This project involves building over existing shops whilst they trade and installing new structures with very limited cranage ranges over the top of high-risk tenants such as a petrol station. CHP undertook detailed construction planning reviews whilst developing the design package and explored several structural systems to reduce the program and level of risk to the project. CHP have prepared the DA, secured the approvals, tendered the project and we are waiting for the owner to commence the project.
