Overview of project

CHP managed the development application process for a large extension to the successful Ripley Valley Centre that we delivered for Sekisui House previously. CHP have also been involved in securing key tenants for the development including drive through fast food operators, Aldi Supermarkets and a large entertainment anchor tenant. This development is part of a multi-stage 70ha plus development so part of our role has been coordinating consultants to resolve complex traffic, civil engineering and town planning issues with both state and local authorities. CHP provided cost and feasibility advice during the concept and development application phases so that this project is now ready to deliver. The project was sold to a new investor in 2024.
