This luxury boutique residential mid-rise building is sited on the bayside of Brisbane. CHP explored several options for foundation design and basement waterproofing for the client as this was critical for a cost sensitive project. CHP worked closely with the design architect to optimise the structure, services, and finishes to create a clearly detailed set of tender documentation. This project is currently undergoing pre-sales.
