CHP has been involved with RG Property since the acquisition of this property and subsequently managing development and building approvals to unlock its potential. CHP supervised a detailed design and construction package undertaken by Valmont contractors. It is always challenging to rework and build around old services and structures, particularly where both adjacent tenants and heritage buildings are concerned. Later stages with this client will include a large multi residential building at the site.
