CHP have been engaged for Project & Development Management Services on behalf of Westpoint Consultants for a proposed 15 storey mixed-use development which will provide a high quality hotel and residential apartment tower located in Southport on the Gold Coast. The sleek design is a playful twist on the local heritage Southport architecture with the tower promising an attractive offer to the area.

This circa 90unit development is for a repeat client Vecchio Group. This development is intended to be operated by Quest Hotels once completed. CHP managed a complex DA that involved extended negotiations on planning code and civil infrastructure. CHP is currently the superintendent on the delivery of the project with Adco Constructions as the head contractor.
