CHP managed a redesign and re-lodgement of development application for its owner. CHP then undertook a detailed tender design rationalising the structures, facades and finishes to optimise the cost plan. CHP ran a competitive tender process to identify a suitable building contractor to complete the project. The centre consists of several medical and health related industries in a modern open plan design with efficient floor plates and carparking.
