CHP completed a full refurbishment and extensions to this shopping centre in 2021. It started as a very worn-down asset with a high level of vacancies and poor circulation. CHP undertook a design process to introduce new tenancies, open the centre up and improve the access for customers. A new façade, colonnade and signage were added to modernise the look of the centre. This resulted in an substantial uplift in value for its owners. CHP acted as both the Project Manager and Tenancy coordinator.
