CHP were engaged by Lascorp Development to manage the refurbishment of an existing shopping centre built in 1985 which involved a complete facade upgrade, new amenities, raised ceilings, new internal floor tiles, refurbished ramp access to the basement car park and tenancy re-configurations whilst keeping the centre trading at all times.
