The Sanctuary Cove Marina G-J Arms (67 Berths) was completed in June 2020 and
CHP managed the project from inception including the installation of onshore works,
demolition, seabed dredging and pontoon construction and shade sail design. The
Marina was awarded Platinum Gold anchor Accreditation by the Marina Industries
Association.

The Covered Berths are the first Super Yacht Marina with Architectural
covered berths in Australia & the Southern Hemisphere. CHP Projects have also
commenced the extension of an additional 28 berths to the Marina scheduled for
completion in January 2023.
