CHP undertook Project Management and Tenancy Coordination services at the Capestone Village Shopping Centre Precinct on behalf of Vecchio Properties. Designed by Cottee Parker Architects and built by Hutchinson Builders the centre features a 2000m2 Everfresh IGA supermarket, 20 specialty tenancies including a large gym, medical and pharmacy tenancies and a number of food and drink restaurants, and a public outdoor playground.
