CHP were engaged by Palm Lake to project manage the design and delivery of extensive civil works for Council and DTMR to enable the land to be subdivided. CHP then project managed and coordinated the design and $8m construction delivery of the pad site development in stage 1 featuring a KFC, Guzman y Gomez, Zarraffas and United Petroleum. CHP are continuing to assist Palm Lake with further Civil and subdivision works on site and additional development application submissions for future buildings in stage 2 with stages 3 and 4 to follow in the future.
