Overview of project

CHP have been engaged by Lewani Springs Resort to project manage the DA, detailed design, procurement and construction of a seven-lot commercial subdivision development at Upper Coomera called Upper Coomera Central. CHP are currently providing Superintendent services on the Civil and subdivision works undertaken by Shadforth’s Civil Construction which are due for completion in the third quarter of 2022.

CHP are also managing the detailed design, procurement and delivery of Lot 1 and Lot 2 building works. Lot 1 features 6 padsites including a Caltex service station, Red Rooster and Oportos Drive Thrus, an Auto Service and Repair tenancy and a Carwash and dog wash tenancy along with other food and drink tenancies. Lot 2 features over 5000 square metres of showrooms and medical tenancies. The Lot 1 and Lot 2 building works are scheduled to be completed and trading in late 2022 and mid 2023 respectively.
