CHP are currently engaged by Nutrition Warehouse to project manage the DA application, design and construction procurement of Nutrition Warehouse’s new national headquarters in Upper Coomera on the Gold Coast. The building is being designed by Cottee Parker and features an industrial warehouse of over 2000 square metres and office and showroom areas of approximately 600 square metres. The project is currently in the detailed design phase with the DA approval pending. Construction is scheduled to be completed towards the end of 2023.
