CHP Projects were engaged to rollout $70m worth of National Storage’s Phase 2 developments across the east coast. CHP Managed the delivery of 6 self-storage facilities across 4 different states (QLD, NSW, ACT & TAS) simultaneously. During the delivery of this rollout, CHP managed the development of design specifications & procurement strategies which ensured consistent & efficient outcomes across each development whilst dealing with each project’s unique constraints.
