CHP were engaged by Sunland Developments to provide retail design and construction advice followed by tender design management and tendering of The Lanes retail precinct at The Lakes, Mermaid Waters. The high-end retail precinct designed by Blight Rayner Architects covers an area of over 40,000m2 with 11 retail and commercial buildings comprising of over 55 specialty retail, food and beverage, and medical tenancies.

Following the project’s sale and subsequent purchase CHP have been engaged by the current Landowner, Panthera Group to undertake project management and tenancy coordination services on their behalf. The project is currently in the detailed design phase with Early Contractor Involvement with stage 1 comprising of 5 buildings and associated landscaping areas due for construction completion towards the end of 2023. Stage 2 and 3 comprising of the remaining buildings are scheduled to be built in conjunction with stage 1 and will be completed in 2024.
