CHP Projects was involved in project managing and coordinating all landlord works on behalf of Aveo across the Gasworks Precinct at Newstead. This scope involved all tiling, partitioning and services to common areas whilst making provision for future/current tenant requirements.

CHP Projects undertook in-depth coordination of lessee/lessor works to ensure the fitout for Built, Phillip Morris, Defence Housing Australia, National Heavy Vehicle Regulator, Corporate House & Insync tenancies were complete within their contractual timeframes as agreed with Aveo. CHP Projects was also involved in managing the fitout of the Aveo sale display, mall lighting works in partnership with firefly lighting and basement surcharge works.
