CHP was engaged to project and development manage the construction of extensions to Newmarket Village. The project involved complex onsite interfaces, with the shopping centre continuing to trade, and with basement carpark construction being undertaken while the existing carpark was fully operational. We managed 40 contractors and 50 suppliers to deliver on tie and on budget.

The new cinema precinct provides an exciting space and increased comfort for viewers, with dining options and takeaway outlets directly beneath the cinema. In a market ehere online movie streaming is becoming  more enticing to film lovers, Newmarket Village provides a refreshing experience.
