CHP provided project management services for the Upper Coomera Shopping Precinct. Having successfully delivered project management for the Upper Coomera Woolworths and Tavern for Lewani, CHP also undertook the third stage of the project. Stage 3 included a Coles, 26 specialty stores and a mix of commercial tenancies.

CHP managed a large civil works package ahead of the main works. During the main works, CHP managed DA, leasing, financier requirements, design and construction for Lewani, resulting in one of the highest trading new centres in South East Queensland. CHP’s nine year involvement with Lewani continues into their present day projects.
